Mike Frysinger	09b056975d	fix pointer style to match the style guide ... We do this in a lot of places, but we're inconsistent. Normalize the code to the Google C++ style guide. Nelson Billing	92032389a6	Move Windows Symbol Converter to breakpad ... - First step, this is just enough to get it generating a msbuild project with GYP, which in turn can build the executable. - Tests need to be redesigned because there isn't an available server.
