Leonard Grey 95857a18bb Mac: add shell script to coordinate dumping and uploading macOS system symbols. ... This checks in an edited version of a script that has been used by the Chrome Mac team for this purpose. It expects to reside in the same place as `dump_syms`, `dsc_extractor`[0], `symupload` and `upload_system_symbols` binaries.
