2) Change MBEDTLS_ECDSA_ALT to function specific alternative definitions:
MBEDTLS_ECDSA_SIGN_ALT, MBEDTLS_ECDSA_VERIFY_ALT and MBEDTLS_ECDSA_GENKEY_ALT
